Patrice Calligaris

As a French-born US citizen currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada, my passion is about creating high-quality, disruptive products with a strong focus on beautiful, simple design, and exceptional user experience. I excel at simplifying complex products, to bring innovative ideas.

In today's industry, there is often too much emphasis on technology, and not enough on user experience and simplicity. I share the same values as Apple, which I believe provides the best proof that their methodologies are effective.

With over eight years of US professional experience, I have held lead roles or supported various projects for companies such as Splunk, Wells Fargo, Nextiva, AT&T, Paypal, and Auctane. In these positions, I utilized the best design practices, and modern design systems to help companies raise the bar.

I have very strong technical skills, as I’m also able to manage databases, code any website or e-commerce solution. I got an expertise on low-code, no-code tools: WebFlow, WordPress, ExpressionEngine.

I began my career in France at the age of 17 during the digital desktop publishing revolution, where I helped many companies transition from traditional methodologies to the digital version. At age 21, I created my first company, which focused on multimedia animations. I later founded two more companies, one focused on interactive content for internet kiosks, and the other on building apps for Apple platforms during 15 years. Throughout all of my endeavors, my focus remained on the design side of the products.
